Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Veritron Compliance Group website and the purchase of compliance audit services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Veritron Compliance Group
Veritron Compliance Group (“Veritron”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides website compliance and accessibility audit services to businesses. We operate from offices in San Antonio, Texas, United States and Hoofddorp, Netherlands. Our services include GDPR compliance audits, European Accessibility Act assessments, WCAG 2.1 evaluations and related compliance reporting.

2. Services Provided
Our audit services consist of a manual review of your publicly accessible website against specified compliance frameworks. Upon completion, we deliver a written audit report (“Report”) documenting findings, recommendations and a priority action plan.

Important limitations: Our Reports are based on information that is publicly accessible at the time of the audit. They reflect the compliance status of your website on the date of the audit and may not account for changes made after that date. Our audits are not legal advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified legal professional.

No guarantee of compliance: Completion of a Veritron audit does not guarantee that your website is fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, nor does it guarantee that you will not face regulatory action or legal claims. We identify issues based on our expertise and the information available to us, but compliance is ultimately the responsibility of the business owner.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through our website or directly with our team. Payment is required in full before audit work begins. We accept payment via Square. All prices are displayed in USD with EUR equivalents shown for reference.

By placing an order you confirm that:

You are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business
The information you provide about your website is accurate
You have the authority to request an audit of the website specified
You understand that the audit will be conducted on publicly accessible pages only
4. Delivery and Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the time of purchase and are guides only. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the stated timeframe. Timeframes may be affected by website complexity, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

Essential Audit, typically delivered within 5-7 business days
Professional Audit, typically delivered within 7-10 business days
Enterprise Audit, typically delivered within 14-21 business days
We will notify you by email when your Report is ready for download.

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Veritron Compliance Group does not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in cases of a material error caused by us.

By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and understand that payment is non-refundable.

A material error is defined as a finding in the Report that is demonstrably and factually incorrect based on verifiable evidence. If you believe your Report contains a material error, you must contact us in writing at audit@veritroncompliance.com within 14 days of delivery. We will review the claim and, if a material error is confirmed, we will correct the Report at no additional charge. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us are considered a breach of these Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property
The Report delivered to you is licensed for your internal business use only. You may share it with your web developer, legal team or other advisors for the purpose of addressing the findings. You may not resell, publish or commercially exploit the Report or any portion of it without our prior written consent.

All other content on our website, including text, design, graphics and methodology, is the intellectual property of Veritron Compliance Group and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veritron Compliance Group’s total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to: regulatory fines imposed on your business, legal costs, loss of revenue, or damages arising from your reliance on our Report.

8. No Legal Advice
Nothing in our Reports or on our website constitutes legal advice. Our findings are based on technical and industry expertise in digital compliance and accessibility. If you require legal advice about your obligations under GDPR, the EAA, ADA or any other regulation, you should consult a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.

9. Accuracy of Audit Findings
Our audits are conducted manually by trained specialists. We take accuracy seriously and stand behind our work. However, digital compliance is a complex and evolving field. Regulatory interpretations may change, and our findings reflect our understanding of the applicable standards at the time of the audit. We make no warranty that our findings are exhaustive or that implementing our recommendations will achieve full regulatory compliance.

10. Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For clients based in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
